Installation
There are two files required for installation of the CITALIVE Client application (included with the full installation package):
- CITALIVE Client v4.3.196.exe
- CITALIVE Update v4.6.205.exe
Install the CITALIVE Client v4.3.196.exe first then install the CITALIVE Update v4.6.205.exe. This procedure is required to ensure you have the most up-to-date features available.
Settings & Options
To successfully connect to the CITALIVE Gateway server (the system that contains the web site tracking engine), you must have the following information:
- DNS Name Or IP Address:
client.citalive.com
- Authentication String:
CITALIVE (this is case sensitive)
- Username:
Provided during the creation of your account
- Password:
Provided during the creation of your account
If you did not enter this information during installation, it can be be added by opening up the client application and going to CITALIVE Options.
Ensure the "General" tab has been selected.
